I have no idea how to get slime pearls. I know slimes drop them, but can I do it with blue slimes? How do I get green slimes?
This is how you get it in other modpacks, as im not to sure with SF as I havent played it. You wanna make the lilypads of fertility. right? My setup is draconic spawner with Slime Soul (you can use MFR auto spawner or EnderIO) and then Killer Joe (EnderIO) with Draconic Sword (Looting 3)
Does Sky Factory have Ex Nihilo? If so, pour a bucket of milk over a barrel of water and it turns into slime. Alternatively, if you can get ahold of a slimy sapling, th ose are great for slimeballs of both blue and green variety.
I have tried putting milk into a water barrel, but it only gives me slime balls. And I don't have draconic stuff yet so draconic spawner is a no. And ash, I want pearls not balls.
On skyblock style servers, slimes are fairly easy to make spawn since there is not many places to spawn them. They spawn from level 0 to level 39. Make a platform some where in that area as big as you can stand outlining the chunks with fences and wait. Make sure it is well lit up. When they spawn kill them. If you want to build a farm, build platforms every 3-4 layers from as low as you can build to level 39 in the chunks that spawn slimes and build water channels to collect them. You'll have more slimes then you know what to do with. Incidentally, they are also a good source of MANA if you make a Narsalimus hang out at the killing spot. On my island on Skyfactory I had to magnum torch the lower levels just to keep them from tearing things up so I know that it works, I have at least 5 chunks within 40 blocks of my spawn point.
