Client performance affecting server performance. Is it possible?

    I was wondering, if when very slow computer connects to the server, then it will affect server performance more than when normal client connects. Can someone confirm this?

    Nope, there is no difference. Maybe with a bad coded mod which is using packets and waits for the client.

    I agree with that. What should have happened is the profilier ran once on the server after instance creation and saved a file and then any subsequent connections would pull from that file on the server but what is happening is each connection reruns the profilier.. Xcomp needs to address that in any update for 1.7.10 packs... Or have an option to disable the profilier...
