Mods you guys are the best people on the server. But you need to up your game you can't just ignore the fact that people need help ik you guys are busy people but we need someone Mods that need to step in and actually help ik you guys want people to do it by there selves and yeh but you are Mods for a reason to Stop People from griefing but you can't just ignore someone i see like 2 3 Mods online one of them help others just chat. I think you guys need to up your game also when people loose there stuff from Lag or something SPAWN you gotta help them
Hello, I'm confused. Our staff works extremely hard to help our players. They close tickets and support requests at an incredible rate. Is there an incident (s) you are referring to?
There's a place to report staff members, by the way. But, in general, we have one of the most responsive mod forces among the modded community. I think you're just being a tiny bit unreasonable with your expectations towards our staff. They're people too, remember that.
I would also argue we're players too. We are just as excited to get a bit of play time in between real life, work, school, relationships, and volunteering to help out here. As I am staff here and work/play with other staff on the servers, trust me when I say that someone is always keeping an eye on things. Also please understand that there are several players on servers most of the time that have their own issues and trying to reach to us in private messages as well. Of course not every incident may be caught, but this is where the player role comes in. We provide resources such as the support forum (among other places on the forum), the ticket system and a public slack for you, the player, to utilize. So many ways you can reach out to us and receive our help. To end it off, I hope you can view this through our eyes just as we try to view player issues from their point of view.
