So I have had several problems while playing on this server. There's 3 big problems that are somewhat detrimental to my survival on my Skyblock. One, I am unable to change my Biome at all. I am stuck in an Ocean Biome for my Island, and unable to change it. Every time I do /island to pull up the menu, I click the Biomes icon, then click a Biome I can swap to... the menu closes out with no hint of anything happening, and the Biome I'm in doesn't change. The other two problems stem from this, but are kind of important to my being able to do anything on the Island. Spawns are impossible to happen because of it being an Ocean Biome, and normally I'm supposed to pay for the change of Biome. However, the Biomes don't show a price and when I do /money, my balance is blank. I know I have MyMs because I spent Tokens on them not too long ago. One final thing, it's not necessary to my survival, but I cannot do /ticket. It tells me to log in to my account, but I have been for ages now. My Forum name is synced with the server, but the Ticket page still shows my old account name. It won't change. So that's why I'm posting on the Forums instead of on the Ticket page. Have you tried building a mob spawner? and are you within 30 blocks (but atleast 24 from spawn) to a yellow or red X (F7) to spawn something?
I do have a Mob Spawner set up, but it's less about Hostile Mobs and more about friendly mobs. Cows, Chickens, Pigs. Those 3 types will never spawn in an Ocean Biome. Which is why I'm wanting to change it to a Plains Biome to allow those mobs to spawn properly.
Chance cubes can give dr.trayaurus ( librarian villager) as a drop. I'm going to get online in about 30 minutes and could sell him to you very cheap
I'll look into why uSkyBlock is breaking with regards to island biome changes - as the lack of passive mob spawns is certainly troubling, and Balance should be working again.
I don't know what was changed, but /money is working again and I was able to change my Biomes just fine now. Finally have my Passive Mob Spawner and Hostile Mob Spawner in Plains Biomes. The Hostile Mob Spawner needed to be Plains so it could spawn Endermen, since they won't risk spawning in an Ocean Biome. Thank you all for the help!
