Hi there I came into this server to join a friend of mine. While using the cellphone he gave me I clicked on the S (spawn) button to test how the cellphone works. However I was teleported under the spawn point and ultimately killed from falling it would seem. while there where 2 moderators online neither of them was able to help and so I have no choice but to stop playing either until my friend comes back online or I get a response regarding my death in game. The 3 issues I have are: A known bug with the cellphone in which there are no warnings about it because other players online have mentioned it only after I said what happened on global chat. Even though there was 2 moderators online neither appeared to help. Finally on the /help menu there is no clear way to message moderators to request help. I have only played on this server for 1 hour and I am extremely disappointed

If you want to, you may submit a complaint about the moderators who hadn't tried to help, we have a complaints against staff/players section in the forums(https://mineyourmind.net/forum/forums/complaints-against-players-and-staff.186/). But only do it if you think it's necessary. For future use, you can use /ticket to report anything, but you will have to click a link to fill out the report. Not only will moderators be able to see it, but all staff can. Unless we are able to find your items under spawn, we wont be able to return it. This has happened to me and another player, and for them I was unable to find a majority of their items. If you would like another cellphone I am sure that a player would be more than happy to sell you one on /market listings. To get money, you can vote on 5 of our links, 1 day will get you 500 myms if you spend your tokens on myms.
