that my friend is a good point i think the problem was that they were to easy to get maybe the recepi could utilize the stable ingots

 

I can flight within three-four hours using Silent Gems, just over the time I can do Angel rings.

 

I'm actually more likely to use /fly to get away from any PVP.

i as a non donator have no problem with this u should be rewarded for your help and donations towards the server

 

THIS IS ME AS A DONATOR, NOT AS STAFF.

I feel that donating to the server does allow you special perks. That being said, those perks should not extend to pvp. Basic and simple. If it is a pvp server, then it is a pvp server. Their is no donator perk to be able to bypass pvp either to enforce it or avoid it.

 

Easy fix. Everyone donate!

No perks think of it as a gym membership u can get the basic or the premium one has more benefits

 

Flying makes players easily recognizable and easy to be shot down. I don't see an issue here.

I don't understand the trouble here .-. Ichor isn't hard to get, maybe the research is annoying but you should have decent tools to mine and punch mobs for the materials you need. If you actually focused on working towards the armor you could POSSIBLY do it on the first day, let's also not forget you only need the Awakened ichor chest plate for flight. Oh and research shouldn't be a problem thanks to knoxz's new mod, Thaumcraft research helper!

 

the problem is that people spent real money for perks and if /fly gets disabled the only thing T4/5 will have are extra kits

 

I bought my T2 for two reasons, mainly I wanted to support the server because I could see myself playing here for along time, and I needed the extra home on GS, but Shh. I then upgraded to T3 because I found myself playing here more and more, did I donate mainly because of the perks? No. I think the mindset is woooh, I spent money, gimme op perks everywhere. At this point I truly don't care if it's disabled or not, but the donator hive mindset, OP perks please, bothers me.

Also, yes. Flight is rather easy to get within a couple days of gameplay, it's just the fact that it's pure undisputed creative flight. Which isn't the easiest. If there was some way to nerf it around PvP, I would be all for it. Maybe pvping in flight does 1/4 of the damage? Like the vampire bat dmg nerf?
