Force update is not reinstall. Click uninstall modpack and download it then again. Make sure to backup save files if you need them.
Try reinstalling the modpack, maybe updating broke something.

We don't have a mod whitelist on 1.10 yet, you most likely got kicked because it requires the mod on the server.
