its not a bug, spark is entity, you can't make it other ways so it is entity and staff of power is killing entitis (mobs). spark don't have health...
i mean, if you place spark and start hitting it with draconic staff it will work as mob and will kill all mobs nearby :)
use botania spark as entity to kill all of them :D
hahaha, now on D20 i have 9 reactors from IC2 running 24/7 and i hope they will not make boom :D
