    The theoretical limit for maximum heap size on 32 bit JVM is 4GB and for 64 bit JVM its 2^64. And I don't believe setting PermGen to 128Mb will work..

    Well, it clearly is throwing an OutOfMemory exception, how much RAM does your computer has? Are you using any Java flags? (like -Xmx or -Xms)
