Have possibly tried trusting the block specifically, Its a fake player command. Possibly using /trust [industrialforgoingfakeplayer]
Resetting it more often would be impractical, setting up, how ever, a way to "trade items" for x amount of fiery bloody would work out better.
If you have optifine, disabling BetterFPS should fix your fps issues, funnily enough.
