can you try it without Redstone/just the button, it looks like the signal is staying on wich means the Portal is active and may send you back...
when you have the draconic armour, the night vision is turning on/off.. The Update would fix that :P

You should try the Mym Launcher. The At launcher is give you some mods they are disabled on our launcher. That may work better for your system....

Magnum torches dont affect spawner. The Powered Spawner is in my eyes working like - checking the area no mobs close, spawn. If there are mobs...
