Implemented Advanced Genetics again

Hey guys,

So... apparently the advanced genetics syringes can vanish from your inventory.
I went to use it, moving it to my hand, and it vanished.

I had bought "Swim in Lava" (which I have confirmed is not active, in case it auto-applied the syringe).
It's a little expensive, and given that voting doesn't work atm, a little hard to get, so I would really like to get it back.
