Implemented Are traps allowed?

Hi, just right now my daughter fell into a trap in claimed area. It was quicksand with lava under it. She lost all her items including two diamond swords and a diamond pickaxe and is very upset. Because it was claimed area she couldn't do anything and there was no time for /home.

I thought this kind of thing wasn't allowed? Is there a way for her to get her items back? Her name is xVipstarx.

The place she died in the quicksand is X:-955, Y:72, Z:-30

Traps are in no way allowed as they are considered PVP bypass.

Wow! Sorry about that.. I had forgot it was there. I originally did it to kill the zombies that kept attacking when I did my first building. Didn't realize it would be considered a PVP trap. I'll remove it if not already done, my apologies.
