Today when i playd on a2 i was going to move my slaughter house and my pink slime tanks but when i broke then (under the time affected from autosavings lagg) the blocks just dissapeard... Is there anyway to get a refound or something?..
Would you happen to have any screenshots of when it happened/how it happened? If not then no there is no way we could refund you without any proof, we have a no refund policy based off server issues as most of the time it either didn't occur or is out of our hands to fix.
well thanks for letting me know so if it will occur again ill take a screen shot since it has happend twice
@up Man, imagine taking a screenshot after your items dissapeared, what will you say? "A sec earlier there was a stack of diamonds on that spot!" ...? That wont be easy to prove it with a screenie. Guys that is truly annoying, that 5-10 seconds lag when autosave occures. Any chance to add some kind of a prompt: AUTOSAVE IN 10 SECONDS! I know it's being done very fixed X minutes, kinda pointless to track it tho. It would be nice to add a warning like that.
The lag comes from the HQM mod when it saves all HQM stuff also for the players who are not online and we can't add a warning.
well how am i supposed to do then ? since i lost items 2 times (thats i did not assist in anyway even not walking). so im just gonna like. let my stuff get lose and remake them?
Dunno man, all I'm saying is a random screenshot is not a proof. You'd hafta make a screen before an autosave and right after it, with a timestamp, iedally That's just not possible to spam your PrtSc. Just buy an eggtimer (joke) ;-)
True, in this case it is kinda impossible. But you have to understand that most of these issues are caused by third party and if hqm wouldn't be the heart of ag we would have removed it months ago, as we never had that much trouble with any mod. From a player limit of savedata, to teamdata corruption, to autosave lagg, to server freezes when destroying a chest and hqm checks all items on the ground (well we fixed that one.) I don't like to blame hqm for everything but in this cases it is nearly 100% their fault, but you shouldn't directly blame them for it, as they did not write it for servers in the first place.
