This item spazm's out the close-to-end nightvision effect, which can cause seizures to those who have to deal with that. the object should be banned to prevent the server from being responsible for any problems.
you can't sue the server for that, what you CAN do is complain to the modauthor to get that fixed, server would not have any responsibilities, the author of the mod would have it
I don't have issues with seizures, but someone said once and i had experienced the issue on Project Ozone.[DOUBLEPOST=1454118341][/DOUBLEPOST]My argument is that not everyone will know this, and affected versions of baublelishous will contain this glitch that could cause seizures to an unsuspecting person. the item's pointless as there are plenty of other ways to obtain night vision.

I don't think that it should be banned but maybe add a warning to it like "May cause seizure"? The problem is that most people won't even bother to read it like the NBT overload with storage drives in bag or dolly.

Even Civ, while it started here, and is primarily here still, was designed by (mostly) one person, Kryhmez. profrags has a point, most people don't check when there's a note added to an item, and go ahead and do whatever they want with the item. And then end up asking the same question that's on the note. Or causing the same problem..
