Your ontime rank after my understanding shouldn't be gone, but if it is please make a ticket about it. (if you are lost soul and have 10 days of ontime etc. I don't know your exact ontime
Old system that deleted inactive users is gone. Therefor it won't reset unless it is global or corruption.
