Banned Again for Because they felt like it

So after being banned once for apparently hacking the server to get tools they had no proof but refused to unban me because i would not admit to it

and now i am banned for killing @Luphadir outside of a claim
i killed him after summoning him with witchery to an area where i slaughtered him and took the grave just bare in mind this is a pvp server but after doing so the Staff decided to place new rules in order to ban me 4-hours after the incident

• Teleporting Players against their will is not allowed and considered a Claim bypass and will result in a minimum 2 week ban from all of MyM
• Excessive use of taglocks to troll other players will not be tolerated.
  • Taglocks may only be taken in the wilderness or YOUR claim
  • Excessive use will be defined at a latter date.

This is really unfair i am now unable t play minecraft for 2 weeks due to me well not breaking any rules at the time i will not have this i have been treated unfairly over and over again by the staff (not all) and when there opinion is challanged they just change the subject or ignore me

I love this server i really do i spend so much time on it but this is clearly not fair

 

Actually the rule was that graves on own claims were safe. You felt you could get around this be teleporting him out of it. This is clearly bypassing the rules. This is not your first incident of trying to warp the rules for your personal gain.

The staff did post to make this clearer than it already was, however based on chat logs you knew exactly what you were doing.

 

so should we not kill people too just encase u change your mind about that rule. this is the biggest load of rubbish i have ever heard. anyone heard of the saying changing the goal posts you CANT change the rules and then judge things that happend before the rule was in place that is not how it works tbh the banning rubbish on civ is getting on my nerves now so what should we be scared to do anything on your bloody severs encase u change the rules the next day. i played single player for many years before trying mym but at this rate il just go back under my rock and play single player. dont change the rules as u go

 

I did nothing wrong i teleported him outside of the claim so that i can kill him and i took the grave as it was no longer in his claim this is a joke

 

also question in the rules did it say @bosslykpeter could not do that before before the rule update i dont think it did plz correct me

 

Lucid please show me the rules saying
no teleporting other player
no grave robbing
no killing

and dont make new rules up justt to prove me wrong

 

This was not a change of the rule, it was a clarification. I tried to discuss this with you last night and you decided to log out. You were bypassing the protections a claim offers, end of story.

This isn't the first ban/rule breaking that you refuse to listen on. You seem to want to push rules and do the wrong thing over and over to paint staff in a bad light. I however stand behind my staff and won't tolerate it.

Luicd i did not bypass anything i did not break any rules u cannot prove any of this

 

and i respect you for that but no rules as far as i can see were directly broken and tbh he didnt break that rule as it was put in civs rules

 

And Luicd i still await proof of my wrong doing earlier the "hacking" incident

 

He broke the rule that graves in own claim are protected, bypassing that protection by teleporting him out against his will. When you leave your claim you assume you can lose everything. When you are in your claim you assume your stuff is safe.
