Implemented Been warned for using a PG-G word where PG-13 words are fine.

    Ive been warned by Foxymahp right now since i used "Hell" which is a common word also used in the bible and is utterly rated PG-G.

    The word "douchebag", PG-13, is not in the profanity filter and isnt a problem it seems.
