The contents of a big reactor disappears when the chunk has no one in it.
Couple days ago I put in 2,000 yellorium into my reactor. The next day, when i logged in, all the fuel was missing.
This bug has occurred many times in the past and must be fixed since I want to maximize my output of energy without holding back due to a fear of loosing items for no good cause. This has cost me thousands of yellorium of which it could have fueled my ender quarry for multiple days.
    Thank you

Questing is the reactor crossing the chunk boundary to another chunk

If it is this can cause the reactor multiblock to forget it self and the content and cause to lose everything inside

a big reactor always works at full strength even when there is nowhere for the power to go. was there still a place for the power to get stored and did it fill up?

    ^^.
It doesn't matter if its in the same chunk or not. The reactor was disabled and had power in storage- not active.

The state of the reactor doesn't matter. On or off. If the reactor is over a chunk boundary the contents of it gets deleted when you load that chunk. This is a known bug with the mod. I would advise making a 15x15 reactor. Height doesn't matter.

I now remove all my yellorium before logging out for the day and only put in a min amount at a time. The problem happens all the time. I even have my computer (in game) turn off which throws my power out. Its def annoying logging back in to find all your capacitors empty, computer off and yellorium missing.

For the computer, put an autonomous activator next to it. Then it will boot by itself

Never encountered the issue unless you build to chunk boundary (15x15) or over a chunk line. Of course I always spot load mine so...
