I was farming slime trees and I got this block called block.slime.congealed.metal.name which looks like Congealed Blue Slime, but it ain't stacking. Is this normal? Can I still use it? Can I sell it?

I don't have many, but I plan to farm more trees and I am getting a few per batch. So, Idk. Might not even be important, but this is a first for me, and I have played a round with tinkers' alot before.

Can you craft these into slimeballs, and then back into the wanted block?

This appears to be a corrupted version of normal blue slime:

This is blue slime for reference - note the I.D:

The illegal blue slime cannot be used for any recipes, and does not have any recipe, according to NEI.

I'll ping an @Administrator to look into this further. Please be patient as you wait for a response.

How are these harvested? For example, breaking chiselled glowstone creates a bugged glowstone dust that can't be used anymore.

Perhaps you could use a Unifier from Thermal Expansion to turn these back into their normal state?

They just grow this way from a slimy sapling on slime dirt. no bone meal. nothing to interfere. Then I just mine it up with the rest of the tree.

I mine it with my hand or axe. I personally dont think it makes a difference with what tool I mine it with.
