Done BUG

    I bought a starter kit and when i put it down it just dissapeared. Its completely lost! Ive tried to contact with an admin but he didnt give a crap about my problem soo... im tryin here.

    Do you know whom you talked to? Which kit did you purchase?

    I'll go ahead and tag our founders to look into the purchase history and we can proceed from there. @Founder

    EnderIO i guess but it doesnt matter anymore, i got those items and machines now. I crafted them. And i have no idea there was 2 man talkin one had an admin tag. I dont know. Just forget it.

    Hi H4ck3rbacsi,
    I believe you could be referring to me in your post as I was doing some staff work on Beyond yesterday. If you are, then I'm sorry if you felt I did not "give a crap," although saying "admin" in chat for example does not grab my attention, especially when I'm multitasking. Unfortunately, I'm just one person who was juggling multiple requests/jobs at the time. As you mentioned, I was talking to many others to get things sorted out and so naturally requests can get lost in chat especially since I filter for certain people since chat can be overwhelming at times. My intentions were not to ignore you or come off as uncaring and I'm genuinely sorry about the lost items. I know how frustrating it can be as it has happened to me many times in the past. In the future, if something like this happens again, please open a ticket or thread (like this one) if you do not get an immediate answer from staff online and/or if you see them actively working with other players to complete requests. I hope this clear some things up.
