hi there it seems iv run in to mabye a questbook bug not sure if its due to the pack author or not but i cant seem to hand in the quest called similar under the alpha tab, u hav to hand in 1 electrical pole with transformer,electrical wooden pole, 4 heavy copper coils,4copper coils and 1 copper wire not sure if anyone esle is having the prob as well ta
I too have been wondering about this one. I play on Normal, but have been having the same problem. I have made several of each pole, planted them, retrieved them, made the copper coils and wire, thrown them on the ground and recovered them, but nothing seems to make the quest recognize that we have the items. Fortunately Booker clued me in on the blueberry bush needing to be planted and retrieved for Sieving Montage II to complete, so I am hoping he or someone else knows how to complete the Similar quest.
I had this issue on the Kappa node. The solution that worked for me was placing down both poles followed by connecting the wires/coils to it (don't remember which one specifically) then picking them back up. Hope this helps!
Ok. Running the cable from the copper coil (not sure which one) between two planted poles seems to have tricked the book into realizing that I have all the requirements for the Similar quest. Or more specifically in my case, attempting to run the wire from the coil seems to have worked as it completed before I finally succeeded. Thanks for the help Yusami_!
