Done Buildcraft Builder Block Doesn't "Build"

I recently am working on a new base and long story short, need to copy something. It's an empty building and I got the blueprint for it. When I put it into the builder block, though, it'll show me what I need and how much, then eject the blueprint into the inventory of the block. Am I missing something/didn't read something?
