Can it run ARK decently?

    have a comp. that can run MC 80-100 fps average with 4gb ram and 500gb mem. can this run ark? just looking for something that can run it at low-decent range of FPS. got the comp. today

    I have troubles running ARK with the lowest graphics and everything on the game (if you have seen videos, it looks ugly that way.) I have 8gb of ram with Intel Pentium CPU B960 @ 2.20 GHz.

    says i dont have minimum dedicated video RAM. any way to get more?

    I run:
    Nvidia GTX 970
    Intel i5 4th gen 3.3 Ghz
    16 Gb Ram

    Op stuff and still only about 50 fps on Epic settings :/[DOUBLEPOST=1450669158][/DOUBLEPOST]Btw ark HIGHLY depends on the graphics card
    No good graphics card = No ARK

    what is a cheapish graphics card for ARK on low-med settings?

    i saw 1 for $33 online. would it be possible to take the 1 from my old computer and use that?

    Like I said before I depends on the current hardware you have in your PC. I would recommend you post a list of what you have ATM.

    Well, do you have an actual graphics card or are you running an APU, because with an APU you can allocate more video ram. And i'd have to recommend GTX 750 Ti because it needs no external power, all it needs is the PCI slot power. This is mostly for the simplicity, as you might have trouble with an card that requires external power.

    Yeah, thats true.. but the reason I mentioned the 750 is that it doesn't need external power, some what i'm seeing he has a stock pc and well getting power to an gpu would be an issue, as the psu might not be able to handle an gpu or not even support it(no connectors).

    He might not even have the knowledge on how to switch/mess around with his computer... but he could use a guide
    Just make sure you buy anything above $100 - 150 if you even have a chance to enjoy ARK on lowest settings (My macbook air runs 20 fps on the lowest of lowest settings so yeah)
    get Nvidia if you want to play ARK as it is optimised for nvidia
    Before getting a graphics card, make sure nothing will bottleneck it otherwise ark wont run properly[DOUBLEPOST=1450848381][/DOUBLEPOST]Get some cheap gtx 950's like this:
