Launcher loads correctly, with forum feed visible in its pane. When attempting to launch any pack outside offline mode, I am told there is no input stream available. Launcher logs here. I am using Windows 8.1, and the launcher worked perfectly this morning. I have already tried disabling my Windows Firewall and a System Restore to a few days ago. My copy of Java has not been updated since the last successful launch, so I am going to attempt to update it now. Any possible solutions?

Well i have the same issue The_Icy_One, i thought it was because i had decided to blow up like 6 nukes on an offline world and i force closed minecraft and when i tried to get on again i thought it was on my end.
Do you think it would be possible to get an alert in the forums about this, since it does seem to have confused a few people? @joice
