Done Can't start a fire for witchery?

Hello my friend and I were wondering why we can't start a fire for our witchery, the safety matches don't work.

 

Use a flintand steel in a dispenser facing an air block over Netherrack

 

Or use an igniter from thinkers mechworks.

 

Going to go ahead and mark this as solved since the dispencer solution is a vanilla easy set up that works every time and you should have no issues with this. However if you do please don't hesitate to let us know.
