Implemented character name change

i may have jumped the gun when i heard that you could change your minecraft name and changed it with out pause. now i am with out my donator status and perks. if you may please assist i would deeply appreciate that.
my mc name from before is elemage_
and it is now elemage

New Name: elemage

excellent thank you very much. as far as the claimed area and claim blocks go im guessing they are non recoverable?

 

If you are playing on a 1.7 server, then MyM's and claimblocks should transfer over.
Thaumcraft golems/arcane doors, TE owners (Tesseract protection) etcetera are the biggest ones of blocks that do not transfer over to your new name, as well as any baubles you may have had.
1.6.4 does not use UUID that much, but rely on name, which will cause a far greater loss.

 

alright cool, checking kits now. does this also apply to already claimed areas?

 

It should do yes.
We have had no claim issues from other players who have changed their names in 1.7 servers
