Hi, due to my minecraft name change I couldnt submit a ticket. Is there any way that you could reset my character completely? I just started on the new server and had only starting kit but my friend died on my account (he wanted to test if his pc can handle this many mods). Shovel for claiming territory and these few extra items are really usefull early on and if it is only few clicks for you to reset a character I would really appreciate it.
