    Yup they were pissed that I emailed them and they weren't helpful at all

    not sure if we can do anything in that case, since its a company we are only partnering with. perhaps @Slind knows more about it

    Well i think you still owe them money cause of the chargeback, perhaps you need to give that back or at least the costs it produced

    Yes but I when I tried to get in touch with the owner of that particular server I never got a response

    Ah, you should be able to do a purchase now, be aware that you receive a perma ban from the servers if you do a chargeback again.
