Done Chickens Won't Hatch From Eggs

I used to have 100+ chickens, then I killed them all to get food/feathers. Now I'm using eggs to get more chickens. I got about 30 chickens from the eggs, then they didn't get anymore, even after using 300 eggs. Did a mob limit get added for each chunk or what?

 

First of all, how did you get 100 chickens in one place? There has always been a chunk limit ._.

 

It mustn't of been enabled yet on Nero. Also, all my chickens have now disappeared. Noone killed them either.

 

The limit was added a while after the server was made to try to fix the invisible mobs glitch. Must have been before it was added he had them. Anyways this question has been resolved, so someone please put it as answered.

 

Sure and ill go make a new one for the new issue lol

 

They need to be named or else they will despawn normally.
