Ok so starting off with a disclaimer, i have greatly benefited from the resource seeds and have reached a point where what i am suggesting does effect me. but i still think its important.

Ok so in most pacts the resource seeds from agricraft are disabled. on civilization we have had them enabled, allowing people to grow diamonds, iron gold and various mod metals. One can farm your way to the top after about 5 hours getting agricraft done. This would be fine if it was slow, but with a simple 4*4 plot i can handle my iron needs. one does not need a quarry or any other mining methods as agricraft are the easiest to automate and dont need to be moved across dimentions.

I have reached end tier botania, i can mine a 7*7*7 cube with one block with botania, and it still doen't match getting the metals from the agricraft farms.

Now i understand at this point in the game taking away what people have worked hard to achieve is not fair on the players who worked hard to achieve it. But it is something to consider going forward and possibilities to curb the sheer production of these farms should be explored.

I would not like for them to be disable they are pretty useful... it gives those players who don't want to risk their life in caves to be able to get what they need and its not like they are getting full ingots, a 10 10 10 iron seed would only give 4 nuggets. there is other ways on the pack to recreate ingots just with cobblestone. so i don't see the seeds as op and trust me there are seeds in the agricraft config that are worst than the ones that are available in the server in agrarian skies 2, there is a second mutation to the seeds were a 10 10 10 of those seeds would give you 4 iron ingots. I personally would hate those seeds to be gone from the pack

I can see where you're coming from, automating those seeds and adding the various growth boosting things available... Those resources become insanely plentiful. However, they do not provide everything you need. Look at all the Metallurgy stuff. Those can be useful and the seeds do not provide that.

I am against removing those agricraft seeds, they add variety to gathering resources and it is fun to automate farming of them and build farms. And I agree with the reasons from julio and Kazeodori.

Don't mine everything? Sorry, when I actually go mining I leave a big tunnel behind me and don't bother clearing the walls. It doesn't matter what I've mined, just that I have.
