Civilization: make market sell Affinity Tome:NONE books

the reason i want these available on market is because some affinity's, such as air, are really obnoxious. too far into the air affinity, and you get tossed around like a cat tosses around it's toy. it's annoying, especially if you died. it makes it impossible to get your stuff back. i think this would only be fair. or make them available as a /kit or /ekit ar2reset or something like that. air affinity isn't the only one. and as far as i know, affinity's can't be disabled.

from what i've seen, it's only effective during rain. but that doesn't mean there aren't even more issues that other affinity's cause players
