Implemented [Civilization] Update mods needing update

    Some mods are writing that there is update available, so I think that those mods should be updated.

    alternative suggestion: disable the update checker :p

    seeing as you have Orange ISP, do you have issues connecting to the servers during rush hour? We have some players from france with orange that have issues, curios to whether that issue is cross border.

    I don't have problems most of time with connecting, but before week/2 weeks before reset I had very bad ping and restarting router didn't help. So I don't think that issue is cross border, but I don't like Orange ISP because of frequent problems or crashes in some periods (like for 2 weeks I have very bad connection and bad ping).

    also as far as i can see there is no option to disable update checker with TE4

    updates done and checker disabled :p
    will be launched in the not too distant future
