Implemented CL - Quest Book stuck at 16% on reset

Please may someone kindly reset my questbook for me.

wait, didn't the reset cause this? i'm confused

 

I used to be a member, I had an island. I came back to find my island ha reset but my book will not reset like my island has. No amount of /is restart is helping, neither is changing the mode to hardcore when I restart the island.
I have asked for help, a Mod said put it on the forums which I have done.
I am also on TS hoping to get some help there too, now I am also confused

 

oh, the administraitor team has to deal with this, or anyone with console, cuz they have to manually delete your player file, to reset the book

 

it starts at 16% because the first few quests are finished already, because it is telling you the storyline

The quest book starts at 0% on singleplayer, has it been altered on the server to start at 16%?

 

What quests do you have completed that you didn't complete before the reset
