Hi there! In the city realm, most chests have that "treasure saved" feature, so that everyone can get loot from them. However on CL2 the chests in the tinker's construct and pneumaticraft buildings aren't behaving that way. So far, I have only found one chest in a TC building that did the "treasure saved" thing. My partner and I both got loot from it. Nearly every single other chest has been empty, aside from random junk. In other words, someone got there first. Before we lost our island on CL1, i raided quite a bit and most of those chests had the instanced-loot feature. Is it intentional that they're not working that way on CL2? Or simply a bug? The pneumaticraft chests were a great source of seeds. Side note: its not just the tech building chests. I've noticed several others, mainly in the "capitol" buildings that similarly were devoid of loot. Someone has combed through the city realm quite thoroughly it seems!
The treasure saved message just creates the treasure chest. So if you get a message you are the first player who opens the chest but if you clear it the other players should still see the content. I already got few reports about it but I could never reproduce it.
Hey, thanks for the quick response! As I said, i'm only encountering it on CL2. My main reasoning that the content isn't being generated per-player is that I've found that blue-stained glass and random mob drops in many chests, implying someone looted them and dumped some things into it to free up inventory space. It's good to know about that treasure saved message. I usually get that by clearing out the chest on the upper floors of the appartments (i guess people don't loot those often). I could show you an example. My island-mate was getting the same empty chests as I was.
