Implemented CL3 quest books not working

    Trying to open quest book, get the message to type /hqm quest, problem is that is an admin command only. Quest books working on CL1(have island with friend on that server), not sure about 2 but assume it is working as noone has complained from there. So appears to be an issue with CL3 only.

    If someone could look into this would be appreciated.

    I am pretty sure that you have to do /kit quest I havent played on an HQM MYM server in a long time, hence the reason for the doubt.
