First of all, Hello! I've been playing on the Attack of the B Team server with a few of my friends for a couple of months now, today my friend got a message in the chat (whilst he was in my claim) saying that 'This claim and area will get reset in 14 days, Please contact a staff member for a claim transfer.' I had gone off mining at the time so I /homed back to the base to see If I got the message aswell, after not too long nothing had appeared in the chat. I then visited my friends plot where after a couple of minutes, the same message appeard for me (Hopefully I will have attached a screenshot) I figured a good place to go was the forums, so I had a search, discovered that other people had got the problem(?) solved this way, so here I am now. My Claim is located at x-3940, z-1688 My friends at x-3960, z-1705 My gamertag is ' bricksathome ' and my friend's ' Stompyyogi ' Both are wierd names I know I'm not sure if that image is working as I have never posted an image to a forum before If it isn't, you aren't missing much, Its just the [warning] message. As long as you are the claim owner there's nothing to worry about, this is just a warning that claim deleter is active. If you aren't the owner then you can have the claim transferred if the owner has gone missing for over a week.
