hello i got one my base and noticed it said 'WARNING, This claim and area will get reset in 14 days. Please contact a staff member for a claim transfer' so that is what ive done.
Id recommend making a ticket, do /ticket create Ingame, so a staff member can find your issue easier.

Hi CraftBattleWolf, You did not post coords or any reference to which claim you meant, so I went to your home location called "bed" and found that the claim owner has been gone for 8 days. Unfortunately, the claim owner is on absence and so the earliest we could transfer the claim would be Oct. 10th (a week before the absence expires, resetting the claim). The plugin should protect the claim for a total of 28 days when on absence. Since there is nothing further that can be done at this point in time, I will go ahead and close this thread. the claim i am referring to is the one under water (-1121, 22, -2885) but i do not understand what you are saying
Hmm I'm not sure what you mean, the claim under water at coords (-1121 22 -2885) is already claimed by you and so there is no transfer to you required. Edit: this is what I'm seeing here.
