hello today both crystalline_moon and I were both on the server and we got the message that her claim with be reset in 14 days is there anyway to stop that?
If one of you own the claim, then this message is just indicator that you are making a brand new claim, and it warns you about claim deleter. Perfectly normal and nothing to fear, if either you is not the claim owner it will count down to deletion, normally you would contact staff with five days remaining if the claim owner has not been active we can then proceed with transferring the claim to one of the trusted members to prevent deletion of the claim.
