Let me assure you before I begin I mean this in a nice way: From my experience the best trait a server owner,admin,mod can have is communication with their player base. If something big is coming or happening please make us aware of what it is and if someone is working on it. Letting people wonder leads to nothing good in any direction. As a suggestion either on a specified forum/thread or on Teamspeak MOTD, but ideally verbally in some way shape or form. Worst case scenario even a " yes I know its not working
