there was a server restart and after it spawned in and was under bed rock i was taking damage and died i couldn't escape the void and well just died. i was just hoping i could get at least 1 item to compensate all the items i lost i have a screenshot to prove i died due to falling out the world. hopefully this should help me get my items back or at least get the item i want (infiminer ) this should help you (as in staff members) decide that giving my stuff back is alright in this case i know it is against the rules but i lost everything i owned and i cant get half of those tools back anytime soon or at all.
we sadly have a no refund policy. one advise. dont try to be the first after a server restart. just wait a few seconds more to avoid losing more items. sorry for your loss.
when you do this once, u have to do it twice and after that a third time. i wont stop there either. at that point you could hire people just do that.
Yea i lost all my tic tools and backpacks full of stuff to this awhile back. I had to just remake the stuff.
As mentioned by knoxz previously. Our policy is that we do not refund items. It's unfortunate, but it is set this way because we simply will never be able to keep up with players requests for items. This is the exact reason why we are unable to get your items back. Unfortunately, bugs happen. We do our best on a daily basis to prevent things like this happening, and we are constantly working on ways to improve our servers so that this does not happen. We're sorry for your loss, but we won't be pursuing it any further. However, fortunately for you, you are playing on Attack Of The B-team, where there is absolutely no shortage of ores and materials. Whatever you lost, It really shouldn't take you more than a day or two to get back. You could also save up MYM's and purchase items from other players to help replace the ones you lost.
billy U dont understand i had resonant stuff on me manylium stuff and a load of other rare things that are hard to get so it isnt that helpful
I understand what you are saying perfectly fine. I'm telling you our policy, and it's a policy we enforce. There are RARE, and I'm talking RARE cases where we do refund items. This is just not one of those cases. Like I said, we're sorry, but there is no further action needed.
