Implemented Craft items then a crash and then boom the item gets deleted

So first i don't want item refund or anything i don't care about the items but it is getting annoying that you craft a item and then after a crash it gets deleted and you don't have the item or the materials you use . Already experience this 3 times 1. with a autonomous activator 2. with my tinkers lumber axe and 3 with a complete set for a smeltery this is getting me crazy because how can you play if you know that you will loss your items thats why i have not play since this keeps happenin

Were the items in your inventory or in a chest or where when the crash happened and you lost them

Sorry it took longer for me to answer but i remember that my tinkers axe was getting repair in the tool forge but when it crash i loss it

 

Willi i know i say i did't want any item refund i already read the no refund thing and i mean i fare i like the idea but the thing is that i have not play since this is getting annoying lol

 

Put a chest with an item collector on it in your crafting area. It has saved me a few times.
