Implemented (Crash Landing) Remove Death Alerts in chat.

    On crash i joined and after being on for about 2 minutes my chat is filled with the "Player has been killed by mob" and it just keeps going on because we let them change it off hardcore, so my proposition to eliminate this problem is to remove the death alerts.

    Death messages are only shown to island members now.
