Done Crash on Login

I don't know why but everytime I log in (first time it occured was today) my game crashes and closes and my FTB launcher opens. I wanted to ask if that is a known issue and if there's an uncomplicated way to solve it ?

Thanks I can log in now but does that mean that my whole stuff that I built yesterday and moved to the new world is lost now too?
