Done Crash When Leaving The Outer Lands

Between yesterday and today, I haven't been able to leave The Outer Lands because I crash when I try to. I have used /is home and an advanced charm of dislocation but neither are working. Here are the crash-reports.

After my second crash (today - using the Advanced Charm of Dislocation) I relaunched the game and I was where it should have teleported me.

 

You tried to teleport to a Dimension that does not exist ie DIM 75, not the first time I've seen that happen and always with those charms. I'll move you back to spawn you should be able to log in safely.[DOUBLEPOST=1479237529][/DOUBLEPOST]You should be able to log in without crashing now.

Due to the COFH mod, it appears that dimension 75 does exist and apparently its the world we have our islands in...

 

It exists, it does not remain loaded though.

 

That's strange. Any way to prevent that?
