creating sirwilli tank in single player on crackpack 1.7.10

i am trying to add the sirwilli tank to my single player world so i dont have to ruin the nether with pumping lava. i have the recipie working but how do i get the infinate lava in it without using a creative portable tank and a fluiduct. also when i place it down it does not retain the owner nbt data. is there a way to add nbt data to minetweaker scripts or can an admin post the official sirwilli tank script code.

 

Well they just have infinite creative things running too the tank so that's ur solution
