Firstly, you can update your Forum Username by clicking the cogwheel in the top right corner, and then clicking "Update Username" Secondly; In order to reset progress on Sevtech, the player needs to be online in order for it to work. So if you could send us a message on our Discord in the #support section when you're online, that would help us coordinate times so that one of us can come and sort this out for you.
