Well... what the title says, in the monster pack it has a 5 seconds "cast" and may be interrumped, its way to cheaty, i have a macro on my mouse that types /home and ill be ported to home with no cost and instant, safe from anything.
We removed the delay and cooldown on horizons that the players can faster move to the new world but I forgot to undo it. Thanks for the report.
