Disable Offline Chunkloader after X days inactive

    According to the fact, that people tend to forget their Chunkloader on some server (even if they cost ticket) i was considering the idea to disable Offlinke Chunkloader if the player wasn't the active in the last 3 days for instance.

    It would alleviate a bit the server, even if they will eventually run out of credits, the sooner, the better
