    So here's the story: I bought new PC setup, but w/o GPU (planning to buy later). I got AMD Ryzen 2700X. It hasn't integrated graphics. Can I even run modded MC or normal MC?

    You shouldn't even be able to run that system without a gpu.

    I think that you can emulate GPU/integrated graphics with CPU.

    No you shouldnt be able to do any hardcore gameing until you get a gpu (second hand is ok to buy theres pleny of ways on how to play new games with gold old hardware)

    That cpu doesn't have integrated graphics.

    As bluu stated, that is a CPU, which has little to do with a GPU. An integrated graphics processor would be built in as part of the motherboard. You also will find that running most games with an integrated graphics card will make your life miserable as this requires additional system resources to run, think clock cycles from that poor CPU and memory access to make up for the lack of a dedicated card.

    So to answer you question, yes it renders with a GPU, no it won't run without some sort of graphics processor either onboard or standalone, you wouldn't even be able to run your computer in any sort of meaningful way without a video card of some sort as it would have no way to provide a visual output.

    Intel HD, UHD and Iris Graphics - Wikipedia not nessecarily, Intel is CPU/GPU except in their non-average consumer line products.

    It is like saying that a bus is a car, that is modified to do different things.

    I am worried about wolfi programming in oop. :)

    Class bus: public car {}

    i know its offtopic but i dont see the mistake: Both pieces of hardware perform the same kind of task: they get a problem—in the form of 0s and 1s—and solve it at incredible speeds. GPUS just have another architecture and a way to handle the things to be able to solve as fast as possible many nearly identical graphic problems to render your game. CPU is a multi purpose tool. I can play Minecraft with only CPU on 10fps :p
